The John Constable Room

A mahogany four poster super king-size bed takes centre stage in this hotel room, with the wonderful, romantic views over the East Anglian countryside providing the perfect backdrop. Guests can enjoy this view from the comfortable bed, or spacious window seat that’s just perfect for star gazing. A clean and contemporary en suite shower room is equipped with Egyptian cotton towels and handmade toiletries.

This delightful hotel room was named after the well known East Anglian artist who was born in the nearby village of Dedham. Constable became best known for his unforgettable Haywain painting, along with Willie Lotts Cottage and Flatford Mill. Constable also famously immortalised the region’s most beautiful landscapes. The picturesque view over ‘Constable Country’ from the bedroom window makes this a peaceful and romantic hotel room.
